Challenge
Most wallets overwhelm users with jargon, scary seed phrases, and interfaces built for developers, not everyday people. The challenge was to rethink the wallet experience end to end — making it easy to onboard, effortless to use daily, and smart enough to help without being intrusive.
Results
By designing for simple email-generated and recoverable wallets, we cut onboarding drop-off by 41% compared to the 70% industry norm, bringing in over 3,000 new wallets in stealth week one. Since launch, users have run over 1.2 million AI-powered wallet actions naturally — spending less time stuck and more time making decisions with confidence.
