Challenge
Cross-chain protocols often overwhelm users with technical friction and risky interfaces — especially for institutional flows where compliance and auditability matter. The challenge was to craft a unified design system and intuitive flows that make bridging, trading, swapping, and staking feel simple but robust under the hood.
Results
The full platform was designed and scoped for launch, ready to onboard both institutions and retail traders with clear, consistent UX. Although development is currently paused, the groundwork and system design are in place to scale when resumed.
